Monthly Meeting - You’re  Invited to the Range of Light Group Monthly Meetings. Everyone Welcome!

For all potlucks, please bring a dish for 6-8 people and your own non-disposable table setting.  For months with potluck and program, you are welcome to skip potluck and come only for program.

September 16 – (Tuesday) Potluck and Social, 6:15 pm Crowley Lake Community Center Program: 7:00 pm“A photo perspective of Wilderness” with Jeff Hunter.

October 21, (Tuesday) 6:30 pm, social (cookies and punch; no potluck tonight). Coons Gallery, 23 N Sierra Hwy., Bishop Bring a chair.  Parking available in large lot next door (Mahogany Smoked Meats)
Program: 7:00 pm - ART IN THE EASTERN SIERRA Wynne Benti, owner of the Coons Gallery, welcomes you to her Gallery, home to some of the best Eastern Sierra plein Air Painters. Gain insight into the world of plein air and learn the history of the Gallery.  There will also be time dedicated to discussing local issues.

November 18, (Tuesday) Potluck and Social, 6:15 pm Crowley Lake Community Center Program: 7:00 pm - HOW IS YOUR FOREST? Forest Service botanist, Michele Slaton, will bring us up to date on the condition of the Forest in the Eastern Sierra – effects of climate, drought, fire, pollutants/gases, insects and pests.

December 9, (Tuesday) CELEBRATE THE SEASON WITH YOUR HOST, JOHN WALTER Holiday Party and Potluck – 6:00 pm Home of John Walter, 240 Mammoth Knolls Dr. – limited parking
Join your Sierra Club friends and enjoy an evening of food, conversation and good cheer

Range of Light Group Executive Committee (ExCom)

The ExCom meets quarterly. All Sierra Club members are welcome. Meeting dates, time and location varies.

Next ExCom meeting Friday, July 11, 6pm.  Malcolm Clark's home. More info: angeoflight.sc@gmail.com.

Chapter ExCom meeting in Mammoth Lakes in July. Tentative schedule is potluck Friday, July 18th, meeting on Saturday 18th, with breakfast snacks on location, appropriate outing on Sunday.
